I'm so happy you are here and am proud of you for taking the first step in your journey of choosing a therapist.
We are often too hard on ourselves. We don't give ourself the same grace that we give out to others. My goal is to help you to recognize the importance of Embracing Grace for yourself. Once you give yourself the grace to acknowledge your feelings, the tough times you are going through, the past experiences that have shaped you, the stressors you are experiencing, and more; we are able to begin to heal and grow.
We all have a story. We've all experienced losses and hard times. Sometimes we are frustrated at the amount of time we still think about those times, those experiences, etc. I am here to tell you that it is ok. Whatever you are feeling is ok, those feelings are valid. We will work together to reshape those thoughts and be able to move onto a healthier way of coping and thinking about those events or times.
I truly believe that we are all meant to live a happy and fulfilling life. I would love to work together with you.
